In some situations we may ask you to submit a screenshot so that we may better assist with any issues you may be reporting. We have a custom tool set up to make this process as easy as possible.


1) Download the attached file below (QMScreenshot.zip).


2) Unzip the file by right-clicking on the file and choose "Extract All" from the dropdown menu.




3) The extracted folder should open in a new window. From here doubleclick on the file titled QMScreenshot and press "OK" to take snap an image of your screen. It will automatically send it to our support inbox.



NOTE: You may want to minimize the folder itself to capture the maximum amount of your screen in an image.
