- A Web Browser should appear, when prompted please click 'Save File' (shown in red below).
- Click to open the downloaded file. Note: Your downloads will appear in different positions depending on your Web Browser.
- Click Run, where applicable.
- A window similar to the image below will appear, you can let the Support Agent you are speaking with know that you are connected.
- We will then send a prompt which you will need to confirm before we are able to view your screen, Please click 'Allow'.
- We can now view your screen and begin to help with your request.
