The Live Streamer Desktop Application may have difficulty loading if an internet connection is being blocked.

If you are running the Live Desktop Streamer from your Desktop:

  1. You will double-click on the Live Desktop Streamer icon to open the application.
  2. You will see the Java icon load.

  3. You will see the Live Desktop Streamer "Verifying Application" screen appears.

  4. Next, you may encounter that the "Verifying Application" screen appears.

    If this screen disappears, and the Live Desktop Streamer does not continue to load afterwards, then you have an internet connection issue.
    In most cases, this internet connection issue is caused by anti-virus or firewall software interfering with your connection. Please check to ensure that your anti-virus or firewall software is configured to allow Java to connect to the internet. You may have to specifically allow connections to "" and port 80 in your advanced configurations settings.
